Our skills academy is designed to improve the players overall technical ability with the ball. Each player will have a ball at their feet for the majority of the session. They will work with real opposing pressure. Players will improve on dribbling, turning, skill usage and timing, change of speed and direction.

shooting and finishing
Our shooting academy is a high repetition ball striking class. The aim of the class is to gain extremely high repetition on striking techniques to try and master them. Each player will have a ball for the majority of the session to ensure they can execute high repetition. Everything will be towards a goal in these sessions.

junior academy
The Junior Academy will follow the same curriculum as our renowned U7 scholarship program. Our Jnr Academy is designed for 5 to 7 year olds looking to get a more structured approach to learning the game. We will teach the players all the fundamentals. Our aim is on individual player development so our players will be highly interactive with a ball for the majority of the session.

THE FA futures
Our Futures class is an introduction to soccer. We have designed a fun and interactive curriculum with games to teach the players all the fundamentals of soccer. While having a lot of fun players will work on all the basics of soccer through fun, interactive and discovery learning games.

S A Q SOCCER
Our SAQ Soccer class provides players a chance to improve not only their soccer technical ability, but their soccer specific movement too. Players will work on Speed, Agility, quickness, balance and movement with and without a soccer ball in these sessions.

HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING
Open to all High School ages players (2007 to 2004). The HS Training program is designed to keep players sharp and fit over the winter months. The program focuses on technique, speed of play, fitness and attacking and defending situations.

TEAM training
If you are looking for your team to train 3x a week and want an extra day of training this spring, The FA will train your team as a group for an additional team practice.
The FA will supply a full time professional club level staff member to coach your players. The FA will provide your team with a curriculum for the spring to make sure the players are sharp for the spring season in March.

Small group training
If you are looking for small group training to work on specifics or if your team is looking to get another session in we can provide the proper sessions to help these groups.
goalkeeping academy
The GK academy is run by our highly trained Goalkeeping coach Sebastiano Mana. Our GK Academy is structured around small group training. Classes will not be packed with dozens of players. We aim to provide high repetition in a real pressured environment that will help players all round technical abilities as goalkeepers.
