ABOUT THE CAMP
HOW IT WORKS.
Our pre-season camp is designed to get players ready for their upcoming fall season. We will work on all aspects of the game with daily topics and challenges. The camp will cover technical, tactical, mental and physical aspects of the game. It is designed for both players and goalkeepers.
The aim of this camp is high intensity with high repetition and fitness with a ball. Although we will have an element of fitness to the camp, the majority of the fitness work will be with a ball.
